Another veggies packed dish that's good for kids and adults , too . Omit / substitute ingredients if prefer.
100 grams chicken meat ( any part ) cut into bite-size pieces ( marinate with minced ginger & garlic , pepper & salt )
150 grams grean beans ( string/snake beans )
1 each of yellow and red bell pepper
1 small onion , chopped
6 button mushroom , cut into four
2 cloves minced garlic
some ginger slices
1 tsp shrimp paste
salt , pepper to taste
some water or broth
some scallion/ green onion
* Panfry chicken in a little oil until golden brown , set aside .
* In the same pan , fry garlic and ginger then add the shrimp paste , stir and immediately add in the green beans , stir for a while until beans gets a little softer .
* Add in the mushroom , bell pepper(s) and the chicken pieces , stir to combine then add water /broth , adjust taste . Cook over medium heat until it's fairly dry , toss in some scallions . Dish up . Serve hot .
