Chocolate Chip-Coffee Muffins

I've already baked that fougasse that I've been eyeing at Lizzy's ....

So as the chorizo and thyme rolls from bourke's street bakery book .....

Ha ! I wish ! I'm obviously dreaming ! lol

I had to store my 2 bottle of yeast in the fridge .

At the rate I'm procrastinating , I don't know when can I actually bake another yeasted bread pfffffttttt

Lazy .......

But not too lazy to make some muffins ....

Hey ! No kneading and proofing involved here ! hahahaha

And these muffins will definitely perk you up !

As if drinking several cups of coffee a day are not enough .....

Uhm Some said that drinking coffee is good for your memory ! lol

Our flat smells like a coffee shop .

Coffee overload .

This easy recipe is a keeper .

For caffeine addict !

I am wanting to introduce our Xocai Healthy Chocolate to other countries. I am located in Canada and have an 'accidental' business with the healthiest chocolate in the world.

I was introduced to this delicious, healthy chocolate just 6 months ago... and our family decided to try it because of our daughter has Multiple Sclerosis...and WOW!! She is experiencing a huge amount of energy because of the high antioxidants. It just evolved from there because everyone I mentioned the chocolate to wanted to eat it too. So I have a great business and we are now in 38 countries,

This is the secret...Most people love chocolate. ...its flavor, its aroma, its texture. In fact, we love it so much that over a billion people eat chocolate every day.

Xocai has combined the cacao bean with the Acai berry and the Blueberries from Nova Scotia and together they have the highest antioxidants of any chocolate. One chocolate is equal to 4 pints of blueberries worth of antioxidants.

We are gluten, lactose and caffeine free, Diabetic friendly and heart healthy.
